Observatory Build (Part 2) Budget
It all comes down to money when deciding if your going to build an observatory. In the beginning I needed to know if I saved enough money to think about the project. Then I needed to estimate how much could the project cost. Then find out actually what will the project cost. Each step the price went up. I still do not know the overall total.
